would be nice to have a update from Jbarker but he seems to have fallen of the face of the earth.
i think we all rode him to hard and he gave up? its not on banks web site for LLY LBZ or LMM trucks however it still shows the tubes in the LB7 kit pictures?

I bought mine based on the understanding that people were seeing a 2-3psi boost gain. The larger pipe/ less constricting bend concept is something I am confident in, although I wont be able to install it and report my findings for another 4 months. Jesse at Husker also told me the Banks was unavailable as of 2 weeks ago, so I got the AFE one.

weren't you blowing those up like it was your job?
Yes the only way I got a stock one to hold was to wrap it in gorrilla tape and put as many zip ties around it as I could fit on it. Even then when I took it off to put the AFE tube in, the inside rubber was all eaten away so that is all either in my intercooler or motor now
The AFE tube gets rid of the bend in the boot and butts both tubes up together. Wayyyyy better design

I installed banks on mine , great fit , if you set the banks and the stock one side by side you can see the differance. it was 194 to my door from banks direct. does it make s differance , maybee ,maybee not. but before any mods i was getting 10-11 mpg , it installed lbz air box ,duct and lbz turbo mp, recalb pcm for air box, installed afe 7 layer filter, mbrp 4 in exhasut from down pipe back, and banks boost tube and now getting 12-13 mpg is it worth the money , it is like everything else we buy for our truck. but we love our trucks and upgrades
