The install is not all that bad but adjusting the pipes can be. Its not exactly cut and dry installation due to that. I have seen the same exhaust on two similar trucks and ones tip is in a good location while the other hangs down real low and looks goofy. I had to modify a few of the brackets to get good clearance and get the tail pipe tucked up to the fender. You just have to hang it but leave the brackets loose enough to still be able to twist each section then start from the front adjusting then keep inspecting till it sits where you like it then tighten them. Just give yourself a good half day if needed and be patient.

Thanks for the heads up. I planned on installing my s&b, MBRP exhaust, Downpipe, and EGT probe today.... but the it's raining like heck, and the Georgia v. Florida game is at 3:30.... it may have to wait until tomorrow. Dang Rain!
All I had to do was sand the powder coat on the top tube that slides into the turbo. But it was a B***H to figure it out. Lucky I had a 3" body lift also. I just took out the inner fender wall and it was an arm reach away.

yea i had hella of a time installing mine too, although i didnt loosen and body mouts or anything like that and i did sand the paint of the top on the downpipe, also i found that if you take alittle piece of sandpaper, fine grit and sand the flange on the turbo to get all of the soot out of there that helped alot, i could not get mine on otherwise, but after cleaning and sanding the turbo inlet it slid right in, also i got the dipstick out just fine, but it was a pain in the butt and i did have to use a very small swivvle socket and small 1/4in drive wrench...
hope all goes well....
Be ready to loosen all 8 body bolts so you can lift the cab up to get the tranny dipstick tube out so you can get the old DP out....
Loosening the body bolts is absolutley not necessary. It took about 2 hours to install my Diamond Eye down pipe. It is a tight fit but the biggest issue was the transmission dipstick tube.
