Lift pump question

Okay guys..I have the mods listed below in my signature. I run the PPE on level 2 only, I've played on level 3 a couple times but am too scared of frying the tranny and not having money for the upgrade.

My question is, I think my truck can be a little faster even on level 2. What else can I do to get a few extra horses, or better yet, to take full advantage of the PPE? Should I get a lift pump? Fuel rail shim? Both, and if so, in what order?

No lift pump needed till you run a 100-150 rwhp tune.

yeah save for the trans....the rail shim would be ok to do just so it will be there when you need it since it's so cheap
