LB7 Needs More Power !

im looking to get more power out of my lb7 duramax. im 18 years old and dont wanna spend a whole lot of money. right now i have edge juice w/ attitude , afe stage 2 intake, 4 inch turboback exhaust. i was looking at a ppe boost increse valve ? or something cheap like that to get me more power im looking for. any ideas well appreciated. im new to this site !!

Welcome to the site!! First of all, the boost increase valve won't give you any noticeable power gain. You would see an increase is boost if you had guages, thats about all. I would look into maybe selling your juice and getting the newer Edge products such as the Evolution. Way better/cleaner tuning that the juice. Im sure others will chime in with some more ideas

what about a afe mouthpiece ? heard good stuff about them just dont know if they sell one for the Lb7 and yeah im looking to upgrade to the new edgre products. i would sell it and get a more agressive tune life ppe but i wanna keep my tranny in good shape

replace edge with efilive or PPE and buy the boost valve

Don't really think you will be too much more without doing a tranny upgrade of some sort.

But there are better tuners than the juice which will give you "better" tuning.

another thing. does that boost increse valve lower egts ? i get some pretty high egts running around town. 500 + just cruising at 45. is that pretty normal ?
