I upgraded my high side pipe to 3'' and saw a noticeable drop in egt's, 100-150 degrees. Money well spent IMO

Doesnt the boot at the top of the banks neck down too???

I have AFE on both sides and noticed my EGTs drop down quicker at idle than they used to. After I get my 3 inch pipe all the way down to the Y-bridge and eventually new runners I am hoping it drops down even more. I will have a true 3 inch system from my rutbo all the way to my intake runners very soon!!!

You use a reducer boot on the factory charger. It goes from the outlet at the stock charger to 3" and stays 3" all the way to the I/C boot.

^ yes the actual banks pipe never reduces jsut the boot off the stock charger is not 3" at the turbo.

I def saw a difference with the banks tube installed

and yet I still wonder why people buy the AFE once when banks is 100 bucks cheaper and is a full 3" tube. Guess it's like RBP, gotta have the name

I'm embarrassed to say I have a Banks part on my truck. Keep it a secret! LMAO
