hmmm, do you have onstar? have you tried it w/ the fuses in. my truck wouldn't take the program w/ the fuses out. only other thing i cna think of is that it's just a bad unit, you can try and go on PPE's site and update the unit and see if that helps. also is the one you have brand new? does it say on the back 01-08?

Brand new unit march 08 version. I haven't tried with fuses out. Will it hurt my truck if i do try with fuses in? Called PPE we are going to try again a new process this afternoon. It also says 01-08 on the back. So i have no idea what it up. Truck does have onstar. maybe that is the prob.

I had the same problem too. I went to download a diffrent tune and it just got stuck on the updating. I was filling up at the gas station when this did this. I was in a panic when this happened so I just yanked the thing out. Had to reload factory settings. Did this a couple times and finally it uploaded. I had the driver side door opened at all times. I do remember unplugging my sirrus radio from the 12v port when it finally worked. Makes me wonder...
