I actually got stopped for that in Idaho. They said it was unsafe not for the people riding in the back but the fact there was water going all over the road as I drove.
You were driving down the road like that? No suprise they stopped you!! This was 4th of July last year. By this time in the afternoon I was already too drunk to move my truck anywhere!! Someone hid my keys far far far away from me lol.
