I based it on the following:
1. on a stump............no
2. between 2 hills........no.... only 1 mound
3. on a light post......no.....it is next to a light pole,...not up on a post.
4. the tire that is on an "object", is it 1 foot off of the ground....no....it isn't an object, it is just a dirt mound on the side of the road..
