Well kowekiller you did not gain anything going to a 5" exhaust, except for sound. Banks is the leader in diesel upgrades, why did you decide to change? I am confused?

So you must be running a banks system!As you know banks are cat back!I am running a edge juice/W attitude (switched from Banks) and My cat took a dump due to too much soot.I am going to eliminate the whole emissions system on this truck.And Thank you for telling me that I won't gain anything getting a 5" system.You must have done your research(on a diesel make that makes stock to moderate power).If you read deeper, a 5" will make more power with the bigger tunes due to less EGT's and better turbo spooling. I am building this truck with some power in mind. Banks is killer for the guy with moderate power upgrades.
Its also alittle to quite for my taste. I have a get out of jail license plate so why not put it to the test.
