Mine is an 02', and it is probably just the down tube back. Has a nice flanged clamp and a 4 bolt plate flange out to the end.
Still no price quote yet. I would be interested, if the price is right. Been thinking of the 4", but you know what they say, "Enough is enough, but too much is better!"
