Both are about 2 years old. They both work very well. I don't beleive the block egr.

The triple dog plugs into the obd port and you just follow the screens to install with yes and no answers. the rapid power plugs into the ecm harness under the hood and has a toggle switch for in the cab. Both come with everything needed. You can get specs from bullydog.com
