Right, If you do upgrade to Efi Live I recommend pulling out the tail lights.

I launched so hard in 4wd once, my tail lights didnt break but the bulbs actually popped out of the sockets!!

Drop the front end down before launching it, that's the cheapest and easiest thing to help the front end live...
Add a cognito brace kit and some HD tie rods or sleeves and you're good to go!!

I broke the shittt out of my front end launching and left myself in the middle of the road Went back and beefed up everything possible and im still too scared to launch.
