Civic SI

we all went out after work and my buddy jon has a 05 civic with a vetec and a fart can exhaust. he was messing around on the way to dinner. he would come blowing bye me and let off and let me pass him. i just set the cruise and went along. on the way home i was waiting for him and put my tranny in manualand put it in 5th gear and when i saw him jump on it again i dropped mine in 4th and rolled into it, it really outpulled his car until i tried to shift into 5th. i let the motor rev higher than what i wanted and let out of it once i shifted, he blew by me after that. we was going 80 something at the time. he came up beside me again a few miles down the road and i floored it but he got the jump and just pulled me barely but just enough where he got the edge on me i let off around 85 or 90. i have to get a tuner to outrun my uncles cummins and my other buddys powerjoke.
