My truck isn't a D/Max, but it is the older brother and it is still respectable.

Around here we got a ton of ricer boys and their older Mazda trucks. They usually drop them, primer them, put wheels on, replace the 4 banger with a 6, and then add a stereo that makes more power than their engine.

Going into town, one pulls out in front of me. Buddy goes cruisin' through traffic thinking he is the coolest thing around. Get up beside him and we are both doing fifty. Cruise beside him until he looks over, at which point :tease

After I waved, (Yes I did that!

) I grabbed 4th and 20 lbs of boost. By the time I rolled by 80 he was probably 8-9 car lengths behind me.

I miss the Firebird, and look forward to the D/Max, but until then, this Detroit will do the job for me.

omg, I was laughing me arse off while sitting at my desk at work....... The fact that you pointed, waved, and then proceeded to smoke him......LMAO!!! I have a little Scion and I did the very same thing to a guy with a mustang. He was chirping tires coming into second and I was sticking with him. We got to the next light. I tached up....pointed, waved, the light changed and I was gone. He quit after about 5 secs and just fell back. I let off at 60 before the next light and hit the cruise.... I gloated for miles
