Well I got Smoked by a 08 6.4 L Crew cab tonight. He pulled up beside me and we both hammered it, and he was gone. Followed him and asked him what he had done, muffler was gone, and he had a spartan chip. Said he was running on the 275 hp tune and was having no problems with his tranny. The truck also smoked like a freight train. The interior wasn't half bad either...... I kind of am starting to like them. But I am a Die hard GM Man.

No DOUBT... They run like a scalded dog. I like the styling of the trucks and the interior is the best part to me... I like that it is refined and still feels like a truck. They even ride good not as good as our dmaxes. But they do drive better. To bad the motors are junk.

I know it is..... I don't really like them that well, but they are the nicest looking ford yet.

I think they look like they have down syndrome. But I think that about the new 2010 dodges and toyotas too. Must be the new look or something. Hope chevy doesn't go down that road! IMO the 6.4 is still too new to call it a good motor. Time will tell how they hold up. If they hold up as well as a dmax does then they might be a good motor. A lot of people swore by the 6.doh when it came out. But look what happend to it. Within a year or two it was labled junk by most people who knew better.

i ran a 6.4 that had intake 4" mbrp and bullydog pmt from a stop light to about 105 looked back and he was about 6 trucks behind... if he does that a few more times that powerjoke will prolly be in the shop trying to keep up with a dmax

I guess Time will tell on the new 6.4 every new motor needs time to work the kinks out.

Yeah I figured oh this is a pretty new powerstroke just some punk that thinks it is bad, it was a sleeper what can I say snow plow package and light bar on the top. Oh well you live and you learn right.
