Hi nick,
I have an early '04 ( LB7) and would like to level off the front end. I have stock rims and at this point not looking for a larger tire, just want to level it off. I was looking at the stage 7 kit. I live in northern Canada and the the roads are brutal at best here. I'm looking for a kit that will give me the comfort for my highway driving and the occasional offloading. Is this the right kit for me? I also need to change out my ball joint as the harsh winters here have cracked the boots and are starting to go.
If you , or one of your staff, have a second could you pm me as to shipping costs and which would be the best kit for my needs.
Thanks, Bryan.

It'd be really nice if someone took the time to answer questions on those kits... I'd have bought one last week from you. Now... I'm scouring for other sources

When did you ask your question? Didn't see it recently here.

Also, this is a short week for them and they have been busy with sema.

Just figured I'd chime in as I've never had issues or complaints with NorCal ever!

Well, first I called (last week) and was told that everyone was too busy to answer my questions and I should call back.

Then I posted in another forum. I will admit I didn't read the thread heading I was supposed to use to get noticed, so I'll take 1/2 blame for that one I guess.

Really the part that frustrated me/makes me worry is I can't get service before the sale, what would it be like after?

I run a small business as well and I have never told a potential customer to "call back I'm too busy" at the very worst I'd ask for their number and call them back to answer their question.

I know it sounds crazy but due to the volume we see in calls to "talk" about product is crazy. Don't get me wrong that they all can lead to a sale but I personally have offered my time to everyone on the forum to help them if they would like to purchase with us or not so when we get busy heading into a sale weekend we will slow down the general help as many don;t take the time to read or look at all the info we put out on the web to better prep a truck owner leading into a purchase. I will admit there is a overwhelming amount of info and to a new guy on the forum it could be hard to find the right info and I am working on making that better. Also if I could bring to your attention that we are a small company in respect and I don't want to be too big so with that said I do not have a phone room of guys just "talking" about product, sorry if that is a discredit. If you would like my personal help feel free to ask your questions here or if your questions are simple then I am sure you can ask our staff, I do all my consulting on the forum so I can control the volume while still running NCT and providing customer service one on one with our customers.

Again sorry for the feeling we left you with but we have been at it for along time and value gaining your business if we are what you feel is right for you as in product and service. Again happy to help you if you want to post your questions here.

Thank you,
Nick

Hey Nick, I called your shop about 5 times all day Friday and could never get a human on the phone. I love the leveling kit and want to upgrade my whole front end with Cognito. Question do you make the pro joint a-arms without the dual shock attachment or do I have to buy the Uni-ball for that? I'm tossed between between the uni ball and pro joint. Thanks

I have a 2010 GMC 2500HD, crewcab, 4x4, diesel. I want to raise the front of the truck 1.5 to 1.75 inches. I would like to go higher but I dont think I can because it will not fit under my garage door. What product will help me? Will stock keys get me to that height? Will I need a alignment? I love the way the frontend rides now and I don't want to change the ride quality.

Hi Nick,
I spoke to you on the phone Nov 27 about shipping a stage 7 leveling kit and some other goods to northern Canada. I'm just wondering if you or your staff has been able to get to those requests from your online store. Send me a message or give me a shout (info from my on line request).

Thanks,
Bryan Chorostkowski

Hey Nick,
I was looking at the first posts on this thread and it says that stage 4 includes hsocks but on the website it doesn't say it includes the shocks. I'm trying to get some clarification before I order. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
