| U-bolt thread size Does anyone know what size and pitch the u-bolts on the rear axle are. I need to buy nuts to put my traction bar brackets on. Thanks!

| Its either 5/8 or 9/16....im leaning towards 5/8 but i cannot remember

| I tried a 5/8-11 and that's not it. Dealer said they are M16x2.0. Guess I will give that a try.

They are 9/16 coarse IIRC. I just replaced mine. I ordered 9/16 and got fine thread, which is OK since I got nuts and washers with it. Oh yeah, mine is an 01, so there were some mix and match U.S. and metric. later models may be different. YMMV

| Traction Bars Here they are. The brackets are 1/4" plate steel, the bars are 1 3/4" .250 wall DOM tubing, the ends are 3/4" thru hole heims joints.
