How much to install Cognito leveling kit?

i installed mine with the pitman and idler arm braces,new shocks/ including steering stabilizer, Hd tie rods and sway bar links in right under 8 hours. It really is not that hard at all, if you have air tools. Without those i wouldnt do it. You will need a tie rod seperator, or a pickle fork to get the top ball joints off and another person to help get the uca's to go into the top mounts. (those sucked!) Other then that it is basic unblolting and installing new parts. then bolting back up.

diesel guy, Just a heads up...I really don't care or if you want to say must have every install. Really myself and my shop is here to service anyone that just wants to have us handle it, but I am here as a business to drive the DIYer market. I have helped many customers from DIYer's to guys that bought from us and had another shop install it across the US and even out of the country. If you buy from us you have our support till the end to make you happy. I guess what I am saying is find your self a recommended mechanic (doesn't have to be a lift shop) and I can get you all set up on the package of any of the parts you need to turn key what you're looking for and if any problems or questions pop up we are happy to help.

Just wait till you guys see my new site coming for 2010....a complete new way of doing business that you normally do not see. I have watched my industry change alot over the 10 + years and I am just molding to suite truck owners in the 8-lug world and the guys that care to read on ask questions on truck forums.

Ok i just got my kit today. i need to know is the 9/16 drill bit that i have to use in the tapperd end of the spindle, needs to be drilled out what can i use with out buying a 9/16 drill bit. i got this kit off ebay w/ billstine shocks too. its a cognito leveling kit not a lift kit.

you really need to buy a 9/16 drill bit.

just got back from Harbor frieght tools they had a kit there. from 9/16 to 1" drill bit paid less than $40.00 with tax too.
