Has the truck been aligned yet? If the caster is way back it will put the tire closer to the body. Ive got the same set up for the most part on my truck(except with stock keys cranked and 315s) and only did minor triming to get mine to clear. Might wanna try some positive caster to get you some more room.

I won't max out the cognito kit right? Also is it better or equa to the cognito keys, or are the green keys the same thing essentially? Thanks again guys!
im pretty sure cognito just sells green keys and marks up the price calling them their own

I lifted an 07 1500 with 35's and they rubbed with a 7" lift on the truck. The NNBS wheel wells are right. I acutally cut 1" out of my rockers, then dollied them back and seam welded them back togeather to clear my rim / tire combo.

Did you ever get this handled? What was all the true spec's of the tire and wheel and do you know where you where sitting in your stance? As in did you need keys to get the front higher? Details... Sounds like something is not right.

I have not messed with the truck for the last couple weeks, I’ve been too busy. My dad is still has the stock tires and wheels on it. We ordered the cognito keys and they are sitting in the back seat. I'll be tackling it Friday night hopefully, I’ve never replaced keys before so it should be interesting. Hopefully the keys will solve the problem. The tires I know aren’t bigger than a 33in tire, I think they are 285/65/18 (I might be wrong on the middle number, but I’m 90% sure that’s what it is) And the rim are 18in moto metal’s (again not positive since I haven’t seen them in a couple weeks) I think they are -4 offset. When they are on the truck they don’t stick out hardly at all… Hypothetically it should all work, looks like the trucks going to need blocks to make it level in the back, but we’ll see. Thanks for the suggestions and help guys!

The tires are 285/65/18 and the rims have -4.5 backspace.
