rung bolt head off!

when i bought my truck, it came with leveling keys already installed and cranked up. i was going to lower the front end back down some since the body more than clears the tires and i would like to regain some smoothness back in the front end travel. the problem is the bolt head is already rung off on the drivers side. anybody have any suggestions to removing the bolt? i have tried using an extractor with no success.

Do you have the front end jacked up off the ground to relieve the stress off the keys?

Is the top of the bolt sticking out past the crossmember? If so a small pipe wrench would probably grip it.

jack frnt end up first. Maybe get a c clamp in there to take some more tension off. Be careful doing this. Then try with a 12pt socket or a pipe wrench like said.
