That is the first I have heard of the "TourBuddy" tanks, but I will look at them too, but right now I am leaning heavily toward the Transfer Flow tanks...

I have talked to several people on the road with them, and everyone loved them, Not one complaint.

Are they about the same cost as the others? all of them are expensive, but you get what you pay for and I want something dependable...
Also, does anyone here personally know someone who sells them? maybe we can get them a sale...

I have a Transfer Flow 50 gal aux in the bed of my LMM (long bed). It's hooked directly into the stock tank and the fuel gauge reads accurately, representing total fuel in both tanks as stated in posts by others that have setup). I elected to also go with the Traxx 2 electronic monitor...it installs on the dash by the left pillar and constantly shows exact amount of fuel in stock tank, in the aux tank and total of both...very handy to gnats ass your gas. Fuel transfers automatically to keep the two tanks as equal as possible...the explanation of this is more detailed than is worth going into here, so you'll have to trust me. The unit fits nicely below the bed rails and does not interfere with my 5th wheel hitch or trailer. I wouldn't go without one now. One thing to be aware of is that you're adding about 425 pounds of weight to your bed when you fill up (tank = 50, 50 gal diesel = 375). If you go with a 100 gal tank that's an extra 375. The DMax will handle that easily of course, but you're testing the suspension...which is why God created airbags

I priced an aluminum 110 gallon tank at dually depot in indiana. Installed was around 1200.00

I hear ya on the bags, the other mods in the planning for this particular rig are Pacbrake bags, E-Brake, Compressor, Air Tank, Gauges, and in cab controller. I want all of that because when I am hauling Christmas trees my loads are very often to the limit of the total combination of my tagged weights which are 23K for the truck and 21K for the trailer making a combined 44,000K to contend with while on the road. I will be hauling this way steady for four solid weeks from Nov 20th until about Dec 20th or so going anywhere on the East coast with them so I will need all of it!!!
I have seen them online for $1100, but I will probably be doing the install myself, I do almost all of my own installations...
