towing from Pittsburgh to southeast PA

looking to make a 10k haul thru Pittsburgh to southeast PA... trying to figure out best route, final destination is between Gettysburg & Littlestown

Looks like 70/76 to 30... any tips etc

Watch out for state boys on 76! The turnpike is your best bet. The scenic route takes an extra hour or so.

thats an easy haul, you will hit some traffic and stop lights on 30 but its not too bad

weight cops or speeding cops?

any major pulls along this route? might have to get the goodies before trip if need be

Speeding. The weigh wagons are usually up on 80.

It's pretty hilly between New Stanton and Breezewood, but nothing major.

well 30 sucks for towing but for where your headed there is no other easy way.

sucks as in terrain or stoplights/signs at every little town? or bad roads (rough/shizzy)?

not sure why i'm worried, since i pretty much don't have much choice
