Rear springs

On my 2500hd can I put a set of 3500 springs under it without any mods?

IM not sure but I think you could put air bags on the back to stiffen the truck up.

I saw a firestone airbag kit for $260.00 not sure about springs. The air bags would be easy to install bolt on. I think the air bags would work good because you don't have to have them as stiff all the time they are adjustible.

You can just add leafs also, It requires purchasing longer shackles to compensate for the extra thickness. We installed an extra 2 on each side of our 04 and it rides quite well a little stiffer but not bad.

Ill throw another vote in for the air bags. You can fill the bags to the limit and have the truck as hard as a rock Or let the air out to get factory ride quality.

I have been thinking about the air bags also, just wondering which ould be the most cost efficient. John-boy, how much you want for them, and what else would I need? Longer shackles or ust bolt up?
