I have the 64 gallon, Aero tank (Corona, CA) on my long bed- fits good-- They installed it. I now buy fuel where I want, not where I have to!

I have an RDS 60 gallon tank/tool box combo. I bought the fuel line installation kit with it. I purchased it from Northerntool.com.( took about an hour to install- very easy) The tank feeds directly into the fuel line. The fuel gage stays full until it reaches the stock tank. I love it. The only draw back i s the size of the toolbox on top- its only 6" high. I can post pics if anyone is interested. The setup was around 800 I think.

I believe transferflo is the best tank out,I run a 50 gal crossbed tank fit under tanue cover gives me a total of 84 gallons,I have installed a ton of there tanks very easy to install and are the only ones that I know of that are DOT approved,Cross the bed tank uses trax system and replacement tank uses original sending unit,There kits are easy to install and work flawess been running one know for two years,Do your research it will lead you back to transfer flo,Good Luck

Hard for me to say. My experience has been that the Transfer-Flo tanks are great, good instructions, great answers to questions when called.

I really like the automated fuel transfer without a gravity feed. I do not need to remember to open & close valves.

Also, the stock fuel gauge reads correctly for the fuel remaining in both tanks.

The only drawback is the price. If I did it again, I would buy another Transfer-Flo.

I have never looked at the Titan tanks.

Yes, a titan tank can be installed without removing the bed. installs in about 3 hours.
