Hand calculated using dic gallons used and trip meter.
That may be your way of hand calculating but that's not what I know of hand calculating to be. The only thing you look at in a hand calculating method on the DIC is your mileage.
But even the mileage could be wrong with the larger tires due to rotation ratios being off.
Get a tuner of some type to reprogram your ECM tire size. This may help alot.

I am getting 13 mpg with basically the same setup- cclb 6" fabtech with 315's. Haven't ran my Edge juice/attitude long enough yet to know what to expect from it, nor have I towed much wieght yet. I was really hoping to get up to 15 mpg- maybe after exhaust and cai??? Hope so- I guess we have to remember- with this setup, these trucks are massive!! Does anyone know about how much this should wiegh?
Weighed in at the scales yesterday with 1/2 tank of fuel.....6870 lbs.

I got a gps and came to find out that my speedo was off a couple mph which came out to be 30-40 miles at the end of a tank. My stock 245's are 29.5 in. tall, but I have to tell my triple dog that they are 31.75 to make my speedo read right. It made my mileage end up being better than I thought it was. I weighed my truck at the landfill where I work with 3/4 tank, it came in at 7200#.

I get around 19mpg empty, and with the load pictured to the left, going from western Mi. to Missoula, Mt. i got around 9-10 mpg. Hit the scale at just over 21,000 pounds.

I have juice w/ attitude with the correct tire size put into the programmer, but my speedo is also a couple mph different from my monitor. i had the 285's put on before the edge and the dealer reprogrammed the computer. they told me they could only get it so close. does anybody know why.
I am geting about 19mpg cruising 70mph, also a 6" lift and 35's, hand calculated, speedo is GPS verified. I think the tuner/intake/exhaust made all the difference.
