Airtabs

Anyone using Airtab vortex generators?

Quote:
How do Airtabs work?
Air rushing down the sides of the truck is caught by a row of Airtabs and converted into a series of small vortices, controlling the way air fills the low pressure area at the rear of the vehicle–and slashing drag.

i have a story about a tampon if you care to read it..

the girls in grade 8 gave me one for my 13th or 14th birthday , it was taped to my birthday card

all i remember is that it was a senseless insider joke we all had going on lol

it was unwrapped too -_-

FYI: it was not used nor was it ever used EDIT: nor did i have a use for it!!, i threw it out

that is my story

This would not be good for passenger cars traveling behind big rigs to get better fuel milage, no more low pressure pocket..

Some of the review letters claim the bikers luv it behind one, less turbulence and still a wind break. We have the same condition on our trucks when going down the road with sharp angles at the back of the cab and tailgate. It's stylish and functionable, but poor aerodynamics.

By the way, This is one of the products that I want to incorporate into that idea for fab work I spoke to you about at the meet.
