When i come to a complete stop and shift my trans into park sometimes it will make a clicking sound like a normal trans makes if you shift into park while its still moving this has happened several times in the last couple of months and does not sound good

fliud is fine no other issues just come to a complete stop and shift trans into park it will make a clicking sound that probably last 2 or 3 seconds really loud does not do it all the time just ever now and then
sounds like that cant be good

It could be your locking powl getting worn, it the locking mechanism in the allison that puts the truck in park and stops it from moving.

If the park pawl is wearing you will know it. The park pawl on these transmissions is fairly large as are the notches it engages. Also, you have a spring wedged into the case to pull the park pawl back when the park rod disengages.
I don't really have an answer for the clicking other than maybe its all the solenoids in the vb releasing.
I have had 12 GM trucks since 2000 and all of them have this problem, not just with the Allison... I would also check the gear lube in the differentials, and in the transfer case, if they get low or have never been change and are dirty they can cause this too...JMHO
