allison 5spd slipping?

Hey I have a stock 04 2500HD with 150000 and just recently I have noticed on the highway in town that has just been freshly repaved and is nice and smooth that my truck, at speed of about 65, I have noticed a "Bump" as i am going along like the transmission is slipping. The truck shifts fine and today I had the local trans shop flush and service the transmission changing the external filter.The shop said the fluid was nice and clean. This is the second time I have had them flush the transmission and the first time they dropped the pan and changed the internal filter. I do use the truck for work and do a lot of hauling and have tried to keep up on the transmission maintenance because I work it so much. Any Ideas what this "Bump" could be? Slippage? Torque converter?
Thanks,
Justin

Flush=Bad on the Allison

It could just be TC lockup you're feeling.
