"Shift Range Inhibited" and wont shift into 4th

Hey guys my lb7 suddenly started getting a warning message on the dash saying shift range inhibited when i go to put it in gear. and when i finally get it to go into gear, i cant go past 60km/h because it wont shift into 4th gear. i cleaned the switchs on the side of the tranny with break clean then put synthetic grease in them, and its still doing it. I know theres someone i have to replace i just dont know waht. thanks.

Check this out ^^. ~$60 part at most Allison dealers.

Sounds like this will cure the issue.
