code p 1781

hello everyone i get this code once and a while when scanned it says manufacturer control transmission im just wondering what it is ive done a search here and theres a few different answers anybody know whats the real problem thanks

are you getting a check engine light, if you are at one times, just when you turn the key on, runnin down the road, or did you just check to see if you had codes

every once and a while when it gets started the service engine soon light will come on and stay on sometimes for the rest of the day then when i run truck a few days later it wont be on other times i can start and shut of truck 50 times a day and its fine so i got it scanned a few times and thats the code ill get

couple things to check, transfer case and front diff fluids, make sure no wires are bare or shorting together on either transfer case or front diff, just to eliminate the easy stuff first

I would also check the connectors at the ECM and TCM just to make sure they are secure and tight
