New to diesel, duramax and thinkin about amsoil cuz my neighbor has read all the papers on it and if anyone in this world is a tecky on stuff it would be him. Mr ex serviceman whos garage you can eat out of. Oh and his cars have amsoil in them and they are still runnin with 100,000 plus on the diesel vw. I am just searchin for info on switchin over the ally trans to amsoil. So continue the debate guys, I am readin and learnin. one question though, anyone ever contacted allison trans and asked them if they like amsoil in there transmissions and if anyone has contacted chev about the same question. keepin in mind that services would be done to chevs and allisons schedule. not amsoils extended service. thanks.
