I have had no luck with Suncoast so far... I bought a stage V tranny from them and I had to call them three times before they sent the tranny...and each time i was told it would send out that day or the next morning. Then finally after my truck was down for two weeks I got the tranny and it was installed the day I got it. From the day it was installed it had a problem...I did the tech II reflash and relearn and it continued to give me some codes. So I called them and asked them what was going on and they took about a week before they decided it was the transmission! Then they finally agreed with my installer to send me a new tranny after the one I had in was only in my truck for two weeks. That was the beginning of last week...They again said it would ship that night (monday) or the next morning. So I was expecting to hopefully have my truck back by last Friday...and no tranny. So I had my installer call them again on Monday...They said the tranny was still sitting on their loading dock ready to ship and again said it would go out that day or the next morning, and today is Friday already and still no damn transmission!!!! So after I get this transmission I will no longer deal with suncoast because of their HORRIBLE customer service! So i'm hoping this one works right so I don't have to deal with them again!
Sorry so long everyone...Just had to vent!

my buddy had that $8,000 transmission for his 5.9 dodge and he burnt up clutches and sent it to them....
the warrantied it for him and fixed it and sent it back but.... no torque converter lol
so he called down there to see what was up and they said they never receive the torque converter, which was on the pallet we sent to suncoast... so now he has $1,500 lost torque converter
finally they called them and said that they found it in there shop but refused to overnight it or anything.. this is after they dicked around with him 2 weeks on the tranny...
come on suncoast.. gotta get something goin in the customer service department

Yea you would think after spendin that much money on their product they would have a great customer service staff to help out with any issues! But, they are lacking in that department!
