Missed gear

So I was changing my oil the other day and happened to notice a jasper sticker on the transmission not sure if thats good that its been replaced or bad that its done. Well today was the first time I towed with the truck nothing special just an open empty car trailer across town. later in th evening i went out and the truck seemd to almost miss a gear then acted fine the rest of the trip well i picked up the trailer again with a small jon boat that i bought and while towing it did the same thing. It just feels like the truck misses a gear when its supposed to shift i let off then ease back in the throttle and everythins ok any ideas?

I havent changed the fluid in the 2 months i have owned it but when i changed the oil I pulled the dipstick and it was brand new looking and no burnt smell should I change it and the internal filter? Yeah the county shop i worked for had more than there fair issues with jasper I wasnt sure if there was some funny little valve body issue or something else like it

Actually, in the Allison Tranny manual I have it says from time to time it will do that and that it's normal. I have felt mine do that from time to time. I guess it's the computer having an argument with itself about when to change and to what gear :-)
