Huh thats strange. It could be two things. It could be the truck isnt use to the programmer and the extra power so its not shifting at the correct time and speed causeing the problem.

The other thing it could be is the programmer has a defueling feature where it shuts off the fuel between shifts so the truck doesnt hurt the trans.

Does your programer have a lower setting? If it does id set it on the lower setting for 1-200 miles and let the truck get use to the extra power. Thats what I did when I loaded my PPE. Did the 45 then 90HP tune.

The alli trans is built to protect its self. It will go into limp mode to keep it from blowing apart.

Are your shifts hanging and not happening unless you let off the go pedal? If so, try changing the fuel filter. the truck defuels automatically between shifts so it won't hurt the tranny. It is in the stock fueling maps and most programmers just modify the fueling maps that are there. I don't believe the predator has the option not to defuel....at least mine doesn't. Also, it will take some time for the tranny to relearn the new added power.

The 85 tune will eventually burn the clutches. To many variables to say when exactly...but it will.
