| okay guys here's the deal. This is a simple review of Trent Nell's billet s366 premium turbo kit he sells on his site. To be plain and simple here's what the kit should come with: * 1 s366 turbo *1 t4 pedestal *1 turbo-pedestal gasket *3 mounting bolts for the turbo/pedestal can't remember which one *1 oil supply line& gasket *1 oil drain line & gasket *1 upper down pipe *1 lower down pipe *1 v band exhaust clamp* *I think it's 4 bolts for the oil drain, maybe 2 can't remember* *1 big ass clamp for your exhaust where it meets your down pipe *1 upper driver side intercooler pipe with boost port fitting* *1 lower intercooler pipe * *I'm guessing 3 intercooler boots *1 big plug for your coolant feed line * 1 small plug for your stock oil feed line I think *1 afe air intake *1 air intake-to-turbo-tube *1 rubber boot to connect intake to turbo * I think it's 8 clamps total for all the boots the things with a * are things I did not receive or only received partial pieced of. The v band exhaust clamp, the oil drain bolts I was shorted, not a big deal until you realize how hard vband clamps are to come by, had to order off of amazon.com, the oil bolts I got from lowes. the upper driver side intercooler tube had no boost fitting at all, so I had to buy a boost manifold from alligator . And even after rotating the turbo housing the intercooler tube would not fit, so I had to take a sawzall, and cut the intercooler tube, utilize 2 of the boots he sent me and connect it to the stock lower intercooler tube. The boots, could be longer as I've had issues with mine popping off, I finally got the issue temporarily fixed after using hair spray to spray on the tubes, it's an adhesive. The other problem I had was the air intake was to tall, when I shut my hood it hits the hood and I have fuzz in my air intake from the hood blanket. Also where it mounts to the turbo, it's weird. I had to cut the plastic wire harness holder so the intake would fit on the mouth of the turbo. The last 2 things are small things I wish I would've got * vague instructions and a *invoice Now, is this a attack on Trent Nell? no not at all, I messaged him about my issues, and he acknowledged he was having problems and said he would send me a new intake, and intercooler tubing, I just have to send the old ones back which I'm cool with. Just waiting to get them. he called me the very next day after I sent him a message which was impressive. I'm simply showing you what people mean when they talk about problems with fitment and missing pieces. Out of pocket costs: bolts-5$ ,vband clamp-20$(plus wait for shipping), boost manifold 80$. As for the air intake, I mean that speaks for itself. I have pictures below, and I actually had a problem with exhaust down pipe(s) coming apart from each other, that's a scary sound and feeling to have at 50mph. So today I pulled the thing off and had my buddy weld them together. Frustrating. Again, I'm sure Trent is a nice guy who means well and has good intentions, and had I known that I would've had more money I would've looked into another kit from another company. Installation was very easy and straight forward, thanks to help from people on here. But I should say, the only question I had was on the oil supply line location. Again for those reading this I just want you to see what I was/am dealing with. Unless you can have him install at his shop, I would personally suggest either saving up for a better kit or piecing one together yourself. I would've did that in a heartbeat, it's not as hard to do as you would think. Feel free to ask me questions on the install or otherwise! DSCN0223.jpg DSCN0224.jpg DSCN0225.jpg DSCN0226.jpg

| Chad, I appreciate the detailed post... I'd like to comment on a few of the "common" comments. 1. When you go into business and call yourself a professional, you open yourself to a certain level of criticism. 2. These threads are important to establish common issues with companies so they can be identified, it seems a lot of times posters are afraid to post due to the rash of abusive comments that come back. Chad has posted his experience professionally and with details and pictures. Trent is a nice guy, but this isn't the first or even the second time I've heard of issues with quality, fitment, or missing parts. 3. Busy... One big excuse I've heard is "he's busy", not just with Trent, but other shops. The reality is that if you are that busy you should either not accept orders, give longer lead times to put out a quality product, hire more people, etc... These complaints aren't just new complaints, but have been long standing complaints that should have been addressed a long time ago. I appreciate Chad taking the time to document his experience both with the positives and negatives from his experience. Hopefully Trent gets everything resolved and inevitably this turns out well. I've met Trent in person and he was a very nice guy, but his quality control seems to be lacking. Some of his competition is just as busy and they still manage to consistently maintain a level of quality that I'm sure Trent hopes to eventually achieve. This is the important part, I want to see this thread maintain the level of professionalism is was created with. This means keep it civil irrelevant of your position.

| I agree, I had many issues with my 366 kit, including tons of stuff left out of my kit. And actually my entire kit was coated the wrong color. Trent quit returning my calls and ive never heard back from him since October 4th( the issues with my kit had been going on from July 4th) Lots of guys had issues with his stuff, but for some reason no one comes forward, or everyone always says "he will make it right". he shouldnt have to make EVERY order right. if you are leaving parts out of every order its time to rethink your line of business.

| Just to update the folks that have seen this and care. I haven't received my stuff yet from Trent, I tried calling him, he texted me saying he'd call me in the morning, I wound up calling and ultimately texting him. He said to me I should have my stuff shipped by the middle of this week. Just something to think about, his number on his website is his cell phone number.

| I spoke with Trent on Friday and my triple kit is suppose to ship out today. I've always heard good things about epr as well. Is it okay if I post a review in here as well? To possibly clear some of the tension. I'm in Canada and doing the install along with my intercooler. Innocent until proven guilty this isn't an airport now

edit: for what it's worth as a business owner what's better to deal with? a new customer who wants to cut a check for 7,000$? or a old customer who's a thorn in my side?

| This is not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th time I've heard/seen horror stories from EPR. Joe, I saw your truck the day after you dropped it off at Blackout to get it fixed. Hard to believe stuff gets out the door like that. I think Trent is a good dude that got in way over his head way too quickly. I wish him and his business no malice. I hope he gets it straightened out for you!
