Question Twin Turbo??

Ok, a little question on twin turbos, how much is a twin turbo system? What would i have do to my Alison to make it handle all the power, if it gets alot of power, And is it worth what I spend for it? because if you want to know all about me well i hit a tree going home from work july 23 2003 at around 5 am and i am learning how to walk all over again(which trust me, if you thought it was hard when you were little, it hurts a little bit when your 6ft1in!), but my grandpa told me whithin 2 years if i can run 40yds in less then 15secs, then he'll buy me twin turbos for my duramax! And then my dads friend said he would buy me an edge chip too! so thats why i was just wondering how much money i'm going to have to spend on my transmission? how much power can she handle?

You will have to either go with a suncoast kit, ats, or other brand kit. I think the transmission stuff costs around $3000-6000 depending on which kit you go with. You will also be getting a new torque converter. This price doesn't include installation. You could talk to Mike L. on thedieselplace.com. He does transmission work and from what everybody says, he is the man when it comes to the allison transmission.

That's cool, I just can't follow the pipes to see exactly where they go....I'm not as educated about twins like I wish I was...
