Thats what I thought an exhaust alone doesnt help much, let be honest though can you really feel 10-20 hp with a 7k truck, the answer is no.

you feel both hp is your top end, torque your bottom end and 20-40 ft lbs. doesn't make a difference either. It only benefits future mods. It helps you burn more fuel after you either open airbox or add intake with exhaust

so would you say its worth it to get a 4" exhaust.. assuming i was getting a PPE standard at the same time. and doing a air box mod and adding a ppe boost valve.
ya most definitly worth it i just saying that the exhaust alone doesn't show noticable benefit.

Yes, an exhaust alone IS DEFINATELY worth it. Like I said, it will benefit the engine by reducing backpressure and letting the engine "breathe." Alone it will not give a big HP or torque diffence but thats not what its designed for either.
