MBRP T409 SS Exhaust System

I'm looking for a knowledgable vendor who can enlighten me on the proper MBRP exhaust systems which will fit my 05' Chevy D/A CC/SB. I would also like to know if I can get by Texas emissions without a CAT. If this is checked by vehicle inspection personnel, then please let me know. I'm looking for mileage, torque, and a deep mean sound, in that order.

Thanks,
Mike (AKA TexasBear)

Thanks TYREBOYZ DEMAXIN,

I checked Diesel Nut's website, but he doesn't sell MBRB. HAve you heard anything good/bad about Diesel Manor?

Also, can anyone tell me if there is any benefit of having a duel compared to a single exhaust system?

We sell MBRP, the site is just WAYYY behind. Lots of work that computer stuff and I suck at it. My IT guy is really loaded down, so the site lags as I find time to work on it . . . .

As for the cat question, if you think it may be a concern, leave it in there. The performance difference without it will be minimal at your power level. I honestly don't know what all the TX inspectors look for.

Stainless is a little overkill for most guys, unless u you see alot of road treatment in the winter time.

PM on the way!

I'm not sure if DieselNut answered this or if it meant something else...but the performance difference between single and duals is the same. One just has an extra pipe to make more noise. But like that other guy said...once you hit higher speeds...it gets annoying.
