Price check on Isle "D"!!!

I want a Price on a;

1: lift pump for an '02 LB7 ....
2: EFI Live Flashscan V2 With tunes for hauling "reliably"
3: 4in single exhaust
4: A-Pillar 3 guage pod w/ autometer gauges (ie: ECT, Boost, Tranny temp)
5: an upgrade kit for '02 Allison 5spd (t-converter, etc. for hauling my trees)

That should cover it, I think.
I am in the process of attempting to purchase an '02 LB7 3500 dually instead of the LLY I had posted questions about, and these are the upgrades I want to start off with, and the truck will be used Exclusively for hauling my Pumpkins, trees, etc.
