Glad everything is going good with your move. Did you sell your old house? Buy another there or a apartment?

I own some land in Maryland and I lived at home we shared a 3,000sqft house with my mom. We are renting a apartment out here not sure how long it was all good but going down hill fast right now. When we moved in they said the one bathroom could not be used they would redo the tub and then all would be good thats been 22 days ago. well they trims some grout out from the tile and now we have some werd bugs coming from out of the walls in there and the other times are all loose and the wall fills empty I think they might be mold also inside the wall. I call the office and also took some of the bugs there and there pest guy is looking into what they are but I want all the tiles removed and walls checked for black mold.I have not heard from the front office in 2 days but funny thing is they can not fix the bath room but they fined me for say my porch area was cluttered all I had was 2 chairs and a cooler and a child saftey gate for that was folded up for when my 22 month old is out front with us and it keeps her close. So I have now called the health dept on them and also told them since they have not cam eand tried to do anyting or even called me back I have contacted my GM/UAW lawyer since I get free legal service I will let them get me out of this lease and were just going to buy a house to hell with the renting and apartment living.

Wow thats really bad if theres mold in the wall. Especially for your little one!
My friend lived in a nice trailer and there was a addition on it. The addition had mold in the wall and his son got resperatory problems from it. Id definatly call the health department if you think somethings up. That really sucks if you have to go through all that

Just found this thread, good luck with the house.....wayy better investment than a apt. The way the housing market is right now you should be able to find a house pretty easily.....as long as you sold your old house.
