Looking to lift my dmax

I have a 04 ccsb. Want to know how high can i go and still be able to use my gooseneck trailer? Was looking at a cognito kit but not sure how high i can go. Any input would be great.

I pull almost every weekend with a 6", but I did it all over again I would probably only go 4. When my new tires wear out I will probably be taking lift off, plus I want to do some sled pulling when I get my trans.

I would say it depends on the height of the trailer. I have torsion axles on my trailer and I can't do much with lifting it. Just the Rake of this vehicle I had to extend the goose to use the trailer vs. the setup on my 02 Ram. A leveling kit would help me out, but I'm hosed as far as a lift kit while I have this trailer...
