i have a 2003 with a zf6 manual transmission, i have been searching all over the net and some local diesel repair shop but no one seems to offer anything but Allison upgrades. I'm interested in finding all the necessary parts to increase the holding power of the ZF6, because i'm sick and tired of sitting on the side of the road waiting on a tow truck, i have done it twice now and it just gets old! Don't worry i have a Dual disc south bend clutch, i have snapped two input shafts and i have even had sixth gear take a nice piece out of the case. So please any help would be greatly appreciated.

2 inputs shafts? Dang my self and some otheres are putting much more power through them and have never broke one and When i launch at the track im in 4x4 high @ 3500+ rpms and let the clutch go!! Are you running the older unsprung DD clutch?

yeah i do tend to keep the hammer down, but idk i expected to have to rebuild it once, but now i have to again it just sucks. I believe i'm pushing a little bit more than 550hp, i do have the industrail injection injector pump which is another 100hp, the dual feel lines which good for another 50-70hp, and industrail injection 90hp injectors, 230hp power up puppy, the hot unlock for the edge, and i also have a five position efi live power switch that is good 575rwhp. Basicly i had to much money to dump in the truck, but now its just getting old. I'm not sure about my dual disc but i bought it in november of 07, but it hasn't missed a beat yet.

Stock HP 300 + 100 hp pump + 60 HP dual feed + 90 injectors + 230 power pup + 125?hot juice, = 905 hp on stock turbo?
Shouldent beleive everything you read!
But the answer to your orig question is no no one makes hardend parts for the ZF. ONe or two guys have made their own upgraded shafts but nothing for sale!!

Isn't the the bully dog only rated at 230 hp for a cummins? I believe even with crazy larry its only 150hp on a dmax. I too have the dual feed line and I don't think it did a thing other then waste 10 hours of work and $300.
