The easiest thing to do guys is to start a Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket account and upload there. From there copy and paste the img code into a post and your pic will appear when you hit the post button.

I just oopen the pic with microsoft office and then I resize it to 600x800 pixels. I save it and then post it like this. You just hit the paper clip and upload the image you want.
