well if you go with powdercoating its probably 50 ish a wheel or less. id have to as brian. im sponsored by a powdercaoting company for snowmobile racing. good auto paint will work if you wnat to go cheap but sometime it will start chipping and cracking. paint does not stick as well to alum as steel. as for sand blasting ot bead blasting, you should bead blast them. sandblasting is a little hard on alum that you wnat to look really nice.
