if oyu wnat tires that last get michelins. 60,000 tires last 75,000. also transforce firestone like i have last a long time to. for highway use you cant beat the michelins LTX tires

i just got my d-max, but I've been running BFG A/Ts for over ten years. I rotate them every 3000 to 5000 miles and I always get 40,000+ miles out of them. I have them on my old silverado ('00 1500 5.3L) and have run them since I bought the truck new. You just have to keep them rotated (I did it when I changed my oil). Anyways, the tire was always great no matter what the road condition. BTW, I was running a 285/75-R16 with stock suspensions and no rubbing.
