Has anyone used these tires? Are they expensive? Worth the Money? I'm going to be buying new tires in the spring....and currently have General Grabber AT2 tires...and I love them....but the tire price shot up about 30.00 a tire...and I'm looking at other options now. I saw someone with a set of Cooper STT tires...and they look aggressive as heck....plus I was very impressed with the ratings they got in quietness, wet road grip, snow grip, etc... They look like a M/T but actually are a A/T. Any comments??

Ive run about 2 sets of em and they are and M/T its a great looking tire but they are not the cheapest but if you are looking for the best mud tire for the money they are it
So they are mud tires???? That's interesting. They actually have better ratings than the ST's.....I thought Mud tires had horrid ratings? How long can you run them until they need changed??

Yeah they are mud tires. They hum a little on the highway but nothing like a super swamper or a cheap mud tire these are actually a decent tire on the street i actually went back with an a/t when i changed wheels i loved the STT and got compliments ALL the time on the tires but im on the road so much and never in the mud and any mud tire on the street isnt the best for mileage but rotate em religously and check your air ive got right around 40,000 also the only other tire i might compare this one to is the toyo M/T but its reaaally pricey and no white letters
I really like them...but I do 99.9% of my driving on the road...and most of them are trips to Long Island and Ithaca NY.....so I'm a highway warrior. Thanx for the input!

Hey no problem i miss the look of those tires but im like you always on the road! Im currently running Firestone Destination A/T i really like them alot you may wanna check those out if your wanting a good hwy tire those nitto dura grapplers are good Good luck!
cooper are basically the toughest tires around, that is why they are expensive. they have way stronger sidewalls then any other tire. for you go out to to the mountains where half the driving is gravel or off road everyone runs coopers becasue they are the only things that dont blow the sidewalls.
