tires?

Im sure this question has been asked a hundred times but i couldnt find it in forum. i have a 08 dmax 4x4 z71 with the 16 inch rims. what the biggest size tire that i can fit before and after a leveling kit?

33"-35" is my guess it might look funny tho with 16" rims I wouldnt go 35"

Are you sure you have 16 's, Mine came stock with 17's

i want to change the rims to 18 inch rockstars but i just need some mud tires mainly for hunting season. i hate that chevy is only truck u have to lift for tires. i have the same year dodge with cummins level kit fits 20 inch with 35'' nittos.

its 16'' for sure i bought it fully loaded but with the cheapest rims cause i knew i wanted to replace them. is 245/65/r16

the biggest with the T/Bars turned and some minor trimming is a 33" tire..i did a write up in the Wheels&Tire section on this very topic

so,James ??what ya saying is like 285's [33's] will be the best ones..those would prob be the best on 16's I have the 285'2 and I know they are large for the rim a bit..That's the biggest I wanna go on the 16 in....

yes in a 16" the 285's are the ones to go with if you want the biggest without to much work
