12.50 wide might be pushing it on a LMM. Also the BS might come into factor too.

I ordered 18x9 -10 offset 4.35 BS and 325/60 R18 Nitto Terra Grapplers. My leveling kit will be here on Wednesday and I will install it that afternoon. The wheels and tires will be here on Friday. I will let you know how much trimming and problems I have along with some pictures if you'd like. dmaxguy2008 has almost the exact same set-up and he made it work.
I dont know on the NBS trucks. On my 03 my 315/70R17s rubbed the sway bar and ripped the insulation out of the cab. But this was with the t bars at stock height
I Had 325/60/18 And A 6 Inch Procomp And Still Rubbed In Spots. Nbs Is Hard To Clear Tires

Just a quick update. I installed the 325/60r18s today and had to trim quite a bit. It was so worth it. It looks awesome. I can post some pictures if anyone is interested.
