20 X 10, 4.79BS 18MM offset on stock 2008?

Hi folks,
I have a set of Moto Metal 951 black wheels in size 20" X 10" with 4.79BS and 18mm offset. I was wondering if these would fit on a stock 2008 2500CC Z71 duramax? I have not modified the truck or cranked up the torsion bars. If the wheels would work, what size tires could I fit stock? I don't want to crank the torsion bars up more than a couple of turns. Anyone have pics of this setup? Thanks! Dave

the rim by itself will stick out an inch past the fenders which means just about any tire is going to hit the bottom of the fender wells when you turn the wheels

I got these wheels on a trade, they currently have 35X13.50 MT ATZ's on them. I know I'd have to get much smaller tires, but are the wheels just the wrong size/offset for my truck? Even with a levelling kit up front? Thanks!

When I bought my truck, the dealer had replaced the LTZ rims with M/T 17"x10" with a 5" backspacing. With the stock 265/70/17 tires (31.5")on it, they rubbed just enough to drive you nuts.

Can't believe a dealer would sell a new truck with tires that rubbed.

I cant tell you what size you'll need, but because of the width of the rim your going to need a smaller tire than what most people would run and some trimming. I would highly recommend a leveling kit at the least. It will work

Thanks! I'm thinking I'll just sell the wheels/tires and stick with what I have. It was just a thought, but don't want them sticking out. Thanks for the help! Dave
