I think for a bigger speed rated tire you'll need a smaller tire like for a suv etc. The higher load rating one like a load range D or E doesnt have a high speed rating. But with the weight of the motor you realy dont want lower than a load range D tire.
But, as long as its a 16 tire it should fit on your wheel.
Out of curiosty... Why do you want a higher speed rated tire?

To prevent the tire damage at high speed - if I decided to run on a closed road etc. lol. I could'nt find D or E speed ratings but I know that H wont blow at 120 - 130mph - I have H tires on my stang now because I wanted better traction in rain than the ZR tires lol.
Guys are running down the strip at about 105 with no problems. You'll only find load range tires that will work on trucks. E is your best best and they are good to about 100 they claim but you can go faster.

Well with all the weight on the front if you drop a few load ranges and go to a C tire but with a higher speed rating all the weight heat will make it go

You can't go much over 100mph unless you disable the rev limiter.
